Set default vm box to ubuntu-10.04.4-server-amd64 #39

The ubuntu 10.04 base box is quicker to provision with chef right now. Need to upload the box to the dropbox account. Once we get an ubuntu 12.04 box building without errors, we can switch to that.

I resolved this. Tested it and everything works great.
