Add purpose (itch) and goals to readme #63

We haven't made it very clear exactly why we started vagrant-drupal or the actual goals. Doing so would help others better evaluate if the project would be of use to them and to give some insight into our design decisions.

I want the readme to remain simple and lightweight, but adding some explanations at the top should suffice.

Rather than try to explain the catalyst for the project and it's goals in the readme, I decided to just focus the readme overview in favor of creating a more complete explanation in the wiki.
