Enable image resize filter in the profile for text formats #7

During drush site-install, the image resize filter displays a warning (reminder) that it needs to be added to text formats before it can be used.

The image resize filter has been installed. Before this does anything, the image resize filter needs to be added  [warning]
to one or more text formats. Visit the text format administration to set up this filter.

This filter was added to text formats in the profile. However, the warning still displays. That's just drush displaying a drupal warning from the image_resize_filter module to the command line. No harm, just noise now unfortunately. e9cd9c2a684942071f854b40f120d1b934a5246d
