Actor 3rd person body in the way - xrgame.dll #4

I compiled the SOC xrgame.dll successfully after a lot of tweaking, but now the 
actor's body gets in the way of the screen. 

It looks as though this was added so people could look down and see their legs, 
etc. however by default it doesn't look right.

How do I either change the actor config so it looks proper or what line in 
corrections_list.txt do I remove to get rid of this feature?
