Issues with Paygates #3

Hello,

I've installed both Paygates and the BitPay addon, but after inserting a paypal email and BitPay API key nothing is showing up on my forum. I double checked the permissions and set to yes to all for myself.

I thought maybe it was an issue with the style but even when I use the default style nothing showed up.

Sorry if this is an ignorant question, there isn't much documentation on this. :|

Please ask about BitPay in the forum. Regarding PayPal, please take screenshot of the User Upgrades page in AdminCP.

They all looked good. In the front end User Upgrades page, no payment buttons are visible? Even PayPal?
