Test HDMI2USB 'nextgen' firmware #2

Test new 'nextgen' firmware to ensure it will capture from required devices (various laptops, cameras).

@mithro to detail a plan for this.

Need to figure out what devices we have that we can test with.

I have a Lenovo with HDMI and mini-DP. Also have an RPi.

Need some Mac devices.
