Saturday:

Roll Call, room allocs
Post prod vollies
Be specific in notes - not just 'might be late', 'was late by 5 seconds'.
Gamma on macs
Inter title slides
Split in morning and arvo (MCEC doing etc), when to be back at room to test (test audio!)
Constant ground loop issue in IoT room when reviewing recordings (ping @oheydrew)
