Build each 'room kit' into a bag/box, looking at the inventory spreadsheet and marking it off appropriately to ensure all items are intact.
Setup the full room in a small space including a HDMI monitor acting as as the projector. Ensure video and audio is being input (ask Ryan how to do this to ensure AV is in sync, involves playing a video with speaking people so you can see lip sync and pointing camera at the 'projector'). Run things for at least 1 hour and ensure the recordings all look OK.
Ensure there is enough hard drive space left for the event (at least 500GB on where the videos are being captured to.)
