Make a 2nd firmware build that does input0, not input1 #79

Some boards input1 doesn't work, only input0. Create a second firmware build which has:

input0 off input1 on x c 0 1 x c 0 e (and the other usual default settings - the biggest thing is input 0 is being used, not input1).

Flash this on the appropriate boards (ask keeper for which boards these should be).

@pavelow53 built a firmware which should fix this. Will apply on Sunday.
