_SqliteCacheBackend doesn't actually exist or get used?

I was looking through pylast.py because I was curious how the caching works, 
and I noticed it does not use _SqliteCacheBackend as the comments say, because 
that's not anywhere in the code.

Not necessarily a huge deal, but I was curious why the comments say it uses 
sqlite, when it doesn't.

I think I never implemented it. I found the Shelf backend quite sufficient. I 
will remove the comment though, thanks for mentioning it.
