Point in case: Thrallmar Wolf Riders in HFP. Suspect this is an issue with the server's movemaps. They also like to clip through objects such as braziers etc and pop out on the other side real fastlike.

Likewise patrols in Nagrand, also in main cities with guard patrols. Maybe they get behind their path and reset? Watching.

Patrols everywhere randomly sprint around at times. More comical than game-breaking. Gotta go fast!
