Mobs that backstab players from the front
npc=1122/frostmane-hideskinner npc=2240/syndicate-footpad npc=2241/syndicate-thief npc=2586/syndicate-highwayman npc=2242/syndicate-spy npc=1565/bloodsail-sea-dog
npc=590/defias-looter
will add more as i find them, but probably all mobs that can backstab are capable.
