There is no dialog option when interacting with "Lesser Wind Stone" to spawn any of the four templars which drop required quest item "Abyssal Crest". Twilight Armor set was equipped/in bags. Assuming that the other two objects, "Wind Stone" and "Greater Wind Stone" are also not working as intended.
Also the wind stones do not deal damage to the player if a Twilight set is not in their possession.
Quest cannot be completed.
