Issue

All month dates end at 31.

Expected Behavior

Month dates should correspond with the actual month.

Environment

  1. react-native -v:2.0.1
  2. node -v:8.10.0
  3. npm -v:3.5.2
  4. target platform: Android
  5. operating system: Android 9.0
