fix PEP 8 warnings
fix a forgotten part of d821b9d117c15aab6c294b73ea84e388e6ca5235

Your code is clean but algorithm is complex. :)) I spend hours digging into the codebase, reading the article, and learning new things. I'll open an issue to ask some questions.
