Smart Speed à la Overcast #160

Would it be possible to add Smart Speed, so that if there's no audio for x amount of time, it skips the silence (with configurable padding)? I don't like increasing the overall speed of the podcast, but I do want to save some time.

This is a good suggestion, I've used similar features on the mobile apps I used. However I expect it would be rather difficult to implement, and I don't have much time to add features these days. So... it'll be on the backlog. Sorry.
