crashes after press the h key #182

If the terminal window size is less than 76x54, castero crashes when you press h key. I am working alacritty/tmux on MacOS Mojave.

castero version: 0.9.4

I thought I had fixed this a while ago, but it looks like it's resurfaced -- I'll take a look, thanks!
