Request: make default layout configurable #187

I often find myself in layout 3 and 5, so I'd like to make 1 of them the default layout whenever I open castero.

I don't think it is possible right now in the config file. Am I missing something?

Added the default_layout config setting. Thanks for the suggestion! https://github.com/xgi/castero/blob/master/castero/templates/castero.conf#L30-L37
