App Persists and Cannot be Interacted With After Uninstall #22

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

App is removed from list when uninstalled.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

App remains in list after uninstalled and nothing happens when it is tapped.

HOW TO REPRODUCE

Launch Stanley 2.1 on Android 8.1.0
Tap on an App
Tap the 3 Vertical Dots in Upper Right
Tap Uninstall
Tap OK
Tap Android Back Button
Tap on the App you uninstalled

TESTING ENVIRONMENT

Device: Pixel 2 XL
OS: Android 8.1.0
App Version: 2.1
