Stanley currently contains the non-free oss-license dependency (how ironic :-/). There's a supposed drop in replacement here: https://github.com/ligi/ThirdPartyLicenseDisplay I have no experience using it though.
We'll have to disable all builds containing the nonfree google code in f-droid soon. hope you can find a replacement soon.
