英文邮件格式写法

开头

给陌生人的邮件开头怎么写，要根据具体情况。

  1. 如果是正式邮件， 不知道收件人的姓名，就用“To whom it may concern” 或者 “Dear Sir/Madam”开头； 如果知道收件人的姓名，可以使用“Dear Mr. Smith”，对陌生人以名称呼是不合适的。

  2. 至于非正式邮件， “Hello,” ，“Hi there,” 都是比较合适的称呼方式，语气轻松，不会冒犯他人。 当然给陌生人的邮件要先表明自己的身份，其次表达上要清晰。

正式开始写英文邮件时，第一行就是收件人称呼。 根据收件人的信息拟好称呼后，记得跟逗号。 有时特别正式的情况，称呼后会跟冒号，不过大多数情况下，跟逗号就足够了。

接下来换行，直接写明自己写邮件的原因，可以简短地自我介绍，有助于收件人了解自己、理解写信目的。

Dear John,

结尾
