[ ] Frame positions and size which can change the following:
- [x] the height of scrolled Text windows (now fixed to the full size of the frame)
- [ ] the width of scrolled Text windows
- [x] position and size of plots

Now wrapped in Frames, but the Frames still dont take exactly the half of the page, 1 shrinks, the other stays
