ObjectiveData can be null in GetConversationEntry for some quests. Added check for that. Added transpiler to fix the hardcoded quest count in the Quests.GetQuest for loop

Fixed offering shrines only spawning 1 of our custom items instead of the total qty
Changed CustomObjectives and CustomItemSpawning classes to partial classes to match the others
Reorganised some patches and their locations
Added a helper reverse patch to Helpers for Interaction.OnInterect (it's used in the shrine fix, so may as well make it re-usable)
