Updating Follower & Lamb skins slot names & IDs #88

Some of the slot names (mainly just for the followers) and IDs were out of date with the recent update. This is just updating them to match the new update but it also seems that there was more added to the followers list. New slots were not added just to ensure compatibility with the previous version was kept.
