Monitoring usage of Excel Connector #112

Hello,

I would like to know how i can monitor who in my company use Excel Connector 
and what they do with it.

Some users in my company need to have API enabled because we use a 3rd party 
software for our call center which is connected to SAlesforce via the API, so 
they can if they want tuse Excel Connector.

And I need to monitor that, thanks for helping me.
