What feature/option would you like to have?
1. Add an icon to open the ER9X manual to the eepe toolbar
2. Add a menu item to open the ER9X manual to the eepe toolbar

What is the expected output?
The ER9X user manual is launched when the button/menu item is clicked.

Question:
Should it be configurable whether to use a local copy of the manual or to 
always fetch it from the project website?
