Problem wint CSWITCH #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.CSWITCH: SW2 AND SW1 SW2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error and exit eepe in simulator mode

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

R228 jan 15 2011 on Windows XP pro SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

EEPE do not like circular reference. It is better to warn of the mistake to go 
out and lose all programming.
