Set Localization #56

The app shows up as "Localized to: unknown" in the Market.  This should be
set to en-US or whatever is the appropriate setting.

It looked like setting this localization may cause it to only be available in 
that region, so I'm not going to do this.  Right now it's available in all 
regions.
