Add item from building item listing #122

I think it would be nice if we could access the "Add Item" from the overlay 
that shows which items are in a building. This would make it more intuitive to 
add an item, as the super-user probably has to look at the dialogue anyway to 
determine whether s/he is adding a duplicate item. 

This could be as simple as starting the preexisting add item activity with the 
target building already set.
