No logo, breadcrumb, or navigation help #39

The map view gives no indication that the user is in FIN and not some other
mapping application. This could be confusing, especially if nothing is
displayed on the current map view (e.g., if the map isn’t centered on the
central UW campus).

There is no FIN logo or name on any page in the application, in fact. The
application should help the user know what app they’re using and where they
are within its navigational scheme.

Agreed. We will look into this. I'm going to assign this to Mai for now as
our lead UI designer.

I re-added the default titlebar (it says "FindItNow") that shows up on every
screen page in the app. The logo will probably be added in the final release
(still working on sketches at the moment). Not sure about breadcrumbing yet
but we'll discuss it.

The plan was to put the logo on the titlebar, but there were some problems:
there's not a lot of vertical height and it squishes the logo into an
unrecognizable mess of pixels. Also, since the titlebar has breadcrumbing,
some long building names are already being cut off. I don't think we need to
rob the titlebar of more horizontal space by adding the logo, so the logo will
be added to the splash page instead.
