Building icon is off screen #69

Open FIN without location service
Choose Buildings
Choose Art

The art building icon isn't showing.

I'll assign this to Eric, for now.  We can talk about whether this should/can 
be fixed and who should do it.

Perhaps the zoom option is already our solution for this

I understand the confusion with this.  The issue is simply that we don't pan to 
any icons for any other category, just to the user's location.  We can build in 
an exception to this for buildings, since it will always load just a single 
building.  I'll let you decide this as PM.  It should be easy to do, it's just 
a matter of whether we actually want to.

Alright, fixed in the latest revision.  Re-open if this behavior is not good.  
For the buildings category, we will pan to the building and simply display the 
user's location (not pan to it).  This seems the best behavior for locating a 
*specific* item, rather than a general, which a particular building is.  The 
user can always center on his/her location through the Android menu.
