Center FloorLIst on Where Location Exists #84

At this point, if you select a coffee place say in the EEB, then the floor list 
will popup beginning at the top, even though the coffee place is actually 
located on floor 1.  This has been reported as being confusing for the two 
users i've let test our app today.
