Implement getAllLocations to retrieve all items in a building #89

The buildings category has always had a different sort of feel than the others. 
 It has unique behavior, unique requests, etc.  At the point where we can 
retrieve the location of the building and each floor, we should also retrieve 
all items that are located in that building.

I think if we accomplish this, the buildings feature becomes a LOT more useful. 
 I also think it may cause us to consider a slight UI change on the menu.  
Buildings would become more distinct from the other categories (Perhaps as a 
larger button along the top of the menu, with all other categories below it?  I 
dunno.  Just something to differentiate it).
