Can't set group count for skyline plot in BEAUti #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open BEAUti
2. Select Skyline as Tree Prior
3. Attempt to change default value

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Simply reverts to default value

Fixed in both trunk and 1.4 branch
