Feature request: ability for the user to reposition the window on the screen

Use case: I am an evaluator inspecting a page that has a lot below the fold. I open A11y Outline and select "Links". I'm comparing the contents of the page with the contents of the A11y Outline dialog. This helps me assess the general situation. At times, I want to focus my attention on particular item in the dialog and the corresponding item on the page. This helps me diagnose a problem (e.g., "What would be a better name"? "Do I really need so many links on this page"). I need to reposition the dialog as I scroll down and look at different parts of the page

I understand the idea, but I am not yet convinced that the benefits outweigh the issues of this. Some issues are:

• It would be hard to make this feature accessible itself
• It would add a lot of complexity to the project
• Other usecases may require the exact opposite

I also see some alternatives that could solve the underlying issue without some of these downsides:

• close and reopen the dialog repeatedly (maybe with a shortcut to go to the links section directly)
• open the dialog in a second tab/window so you can still move around in the first

I am still considering some options to get this working, e.g. opening the outline in a popup or an extension menu. But these come with issues of their own.

I will keep this in mind, but I don't think there will be a solution soon.
