Corrected intro #11

This is a correction to "The Missing Introduction to APCA"

The intention is to correct a number of misunderstandings, but to maintain xi's overall intention of a simplified introduction. Links were also revised to point to the correct materials and documentation.

The "examples" folder and code was also adjusted to reflect useful comparisons. The resultant screenshots were also updated for use in the intro.

I will not merge this as-is. You have clearly expressed that you do not want to make the requested changes, so I see no point of keeping this open.

Whatever. It's your repo, make whatever changes. This PR was only intended to correct the substantial misunderstandings, I don't care abou the minutiae of your preferred formatting.
