CalculateOraScore funciton Failed to connect to the API Server #304

Hi

Thank you for developing MetaboAnalystR. I've been using it regularly until recently when I encountered an issue.

I use MetaboAnalystR (4.0.0) latest version. For the past two weeks, I've noticed that the CalculateHyperScore command is not functioning properly.

After searching through the forum, it seems that many others are experiencing the same problem, with most replies suggesting that there might be some abnormalities with the API server. I would like to inquire if there is a scheduled fix for this issue or if there are alternative methods for running the calculations locally?

Hello, I'm wondering if there has been any progress on that case. I am experiencing the same issue.

The same Q I have received.mSet <- CalculateHyperScore(mSet) [1] "Loaded files from MetaboAnalyst web-server." [1] "Failed to connect to the API Server!" [1] "Error! Mset ORA via xialab.ca/api unsuccessful!"
