Feature: scalar-matrix multiplication operator #630

Currently there is a free operator to perform matrix-scalar multiplication, but 
not scalar-matrix multiplication. It would be nice to have this complimentary 
operator. I have a attached a patch to provide this + unit-test.

I am now preparing a release, but don't have time to test this patch (it might 
have weird side effects in any of the code bases)
I'll try to apply it after 2.81 release.

We are now focusing on Bullet 3.x and only apply bug fixes and patches that 
introduce new features to Bullet 2.x.

Thanks for the contribution anyway, but let's close the issue
