New Favicon for Bullet website

Very little enhancement for the Bullet website.

Here I propose a new favicon, that I attach to this "issue".

You are free to use it among all the site pages and/or other sites officially 
(the Wiki, GoogleCode, etc.).
[I just took the base image from the Bullet Documentation Wiki, made the bullet 
white filled, and then scaled it optimizing the bicubic interpolation 
algorithm, that works at best reducing by the half the image resolution (best 
if it is a power of two) - so I scaled it to 128x128, then 64x64 and 32x32.]

Sorry, that's NOT a defect, and priority is LOW, I didn't find how to set those 
properties nor how to edit them...
