AllBulletDemos is missing from ./Demos/premake.lua #724

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  generate the sln by premake vs 2008
2.  open the sln by vs 2008
3.  AllBulletDemos  is missing  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AllBulletDemos project should be add into the sln

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest 2.8

Please provide any additional information below.
./Demos/premake.lua  should add the custom AllBulletDemos script( add all 
needed other demos  *.cpp for DemoEntry.cpp)

Do you want to add it, and contribute it?

Otherwise, let's close the issue, we are working on Bullet 3.x at

We focus on Bullet 3.x and only apply patches or fix bugs, don't add new 
functionality/build system.

If you want, please contribute a new patch to add AllBulletDemos.
Until then, let's close the issue
