[xdot] Migrate to gi.repository

This is a feature request/important note, not a bug.

gi.repository has replaced pygtk. I'm looking into migrating w3af's GUI to 
gi.repository and given that xdot doesn't support it (segfaults).

How to reproduce this issue:
