Describe the enhancement
I noticed that there is a stream point collection which is fantastic, but I'd like to be able to stream points with a single photo being taken for each point. Would like to utilize this enhancement with (https://github.com/xiao8579/QuickCapture-Testing/issues/43)

Enable us to keep all collection within ArcGIS platform.

Collecting photos separately and bringing them into arcgis with photo to point tool.
Briefly spoke with Ismael in zoom session for holistic, noted that we could talk more in the future
We take 360 photos every 1second/2seconds to capture park district trails. Would like to be able to bring these automatically into ArcGIS platform and possibly connect them to the new orientated imagery viewer.
