[Exercise] New icons #64

New icons are added to the Icon Gallery to configure the appearance of the buttons. Specifically, new icons are added to the Transportation category. A new category of Conservation is also added.

Steps

  1. Open a QuickCapture project in web designer.
  2. Click on a button in the project preview
  3. On the Appearance tab of the Button pane, go to Image.
  4. Select Browse gallery.
  5. Select an icon for the button.
  6. (Optional) Adjust the shape and size of the button.
  7. Save your project.

Mobile app test

  1. Download the project.
  2. Check the icon display visually.

For now, there are not too many icons in the Icon Gallery so it is easy to find the right icon. If every single icon category has more than 200 icons in the icon gallery, it wouldn't be easy to find the right icon in a limited time.

I like this feature. I think the icons need to have a name. In addition, it would be nice to have a search bar for icons to find them easily.
