[Enhancement] Make the blue dot indicate in what direction I am looking at #69

Describe the enhancement Sometimes, getting your bearings right can be complex when looking at a map in ArcGIS. In Apple Maps and Google Maps, this is not the case because the blue dot always shows a little triangle indicating in what direction I am looking at. Please note that this request has nothing to do with the direction of travel.

Describe the user impact How would users benefit from this enhancement?

This issue is 2 parts:

Show the compass blue triangle in all navigation modes.
Add a new navigation mode that autopans, but has the map rotate in line with the compass.
