1 submitted with record for null project user input #70

Describe the bug A project user input was not filled out but when a record was captured the value in the feature layer was recorded as 1 rather than null.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a string project user input that is not required.
  2. Configure the project user input for a field associated with a button.
  3. In mobile open the project, do not fill out a project user input and collect a record.
  4. View the feature service and look at the value recorded for the record.

Expected behavior I would expect if the project user input was null the field value for the record would be null.

@sanderson2146 I couldn't reproduce the issue here, could you provide some screenshots of the project configuration and feature layer submission records? (You can also send it to me via Teams if it's more comfortable for you)
