com.google.tts not available on Froyo #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install Google Translate
2.go to Settings -> TTS settings
3.you are asked to install TTS Extended

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

TTS Extended is included in Froyo, GT is maybe using a deprecated API and 
insisting on the original TTS Extended engine installation?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Motorola Milestone, Froyo port. Confirmed on Desire.

Please provide any additional information below.

Check if google translate is using the correct API for 2.2, don't insist on TTS 
Extended installation on 2.2

Where is the package com.google.tts available? I don't find it in the market.
