Access "Waypoint option bitmask" from Mission Planner #570

It would be great to access the "Waypoint Option Bitmask" mentioned in this 
page: https://code.google.com/p/arducopter/wiki/AC2_Waypoints

There are two options that are very useful in my opinion: i)" Change Alt 
between WP" and ii) "Require to hit WP alt to continue".
Enabling these options by makes sense, in particular, for the copter branch of 
APM.
