Sonar at Mission Planner CLI works but not appearing in flight data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. the used sonar is the HC-SR04 on CRIUS AIOP v2
2. with activated Sonar (all kind of types tested)
3. at the CLI console the module works great fine! The range increases and 
decreaese perfectly and in fine resolution from 5cm up to 300cm and more and 
also back again...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the sonar works fine in the CLI, it should be work also fine in the GUI 
and should be seen at the Tuning Graph as Altitude, Sonarrange or Sonarvoltage. 
If it will not work on the GUI (flight data), it will not work on a flight.
When I look at the tuning graph with selected curves "Altitude, Sonarrange and 
Sonarvoltage" I only can watch flatlines..

What version of the MegaPirateNG are you using?
MegaPirateNG V2.9.1b R8.158 2013/07/01 on CRIUS AIOP v2
Mission Planner ist also the newest Version v1.2.66

Please provide any additional information below.
I have had some other problems with setting up the board...
all kind of problems get fixed by reading on this sites and other forums/wikis. 
A BIG COMPLIMENT TO AL OF YOU!!

But with this problem I'm overchallenged. I could only find a few 
informations... without any solution or with guys who had the same problem, for

Hi!

Starting Arducopter 2.9, sonar reading not affected on Altitude you can seen in 
GUI. Altitude only calculated by Baro & Z Accelerometer.

So all works as expected. (Read ArduCopter manual)
