segmentation fault mecat2cns #75

I am running the command as follow:

mecat2cns -i 0 -t 5 48138082.fasta.pm.can 48138082.fasta 48138082.corrected.fasta But it gave this error: [1] 18691 segmentation fault mecat2cns -i 0 -t 5 48138082.fasta.pm.can

The 48138082.fasta.pm.can content is:

1 0 0 0 8136 10008 238 14492 13375 1 0 1 0 10235 38 59 14492 13375
