+1 via MagicJack causes WiMax test message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use Siphon via MagicJack to call a number with "+1" as a prefix
2. Hear the WiMax test greeting/message
3. use Siphon via MagicJack to call SAME number w/o the "+1"
4. hear real person on other end

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dial should work and connect.  Dial causes WiMax test message when dialed 
with +1 (presumably with other +CountryCodes, but haven't tried that yet)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.rc2.  iPhoneOS 3.1.2 jailbreaked via BlackRa1n, unlocked via BlackSn0w.

Please provide any additional information below.
I think that Siphon should modify the number to dial from "+1-blah" to "1-
blah" when dialing US numbers and from "+CountryCode-blah" to "011-
CountryCode-blah" when the MagicJack swtich is set in the settings screen.

There are two options in the settings of Siphon to remove or replace '+'.

Thanks for the pointer.  I didn't see them before...  But, @samuelv0304, how do

accomplish my goal with them?  I need +1 to just become 1, but I need +44 to 
become 
01144.  Right?
